RERA Registration & Compliances

Rera means : (Real State Regulatory Authority)

1. It is an act for regulation and promotion of the re`al state sector to ensure the sale of apartment , plot or building in an efficient and transparent manner.
2. It was refined by the parliament in 2016 and come into force from 1^st may 2017.
3. Projects of least 500sq mt. or eight apartment must registered with the RERA.
4. Property sales are oncarpet area, not super built area .

Regulates both residential and commercial properties.
